"Nature Mirrored" by  Wendy Sprung© All Rights Reserved In 2002 I experienced the spectacular Namib Desert in south-west Africa. The desert stimulated my imagination like few other places on earth to which I have travelled. What at first appears stark and inhospitable, on closer examination reveals a lyrical soul. Singular petrified trees appear silhouetted against mountainous sand dunes. Their spindly branches seem to reach for the sand, the sky, each other. Combined, they intertwine, become one, look almost alive. Herewith are a few examples of "Nature Mirrored"
